SHIPPING POLICY

1. Domestic Shipping (Thailand Only) We currently ship to all provinces within Thailand. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Free Shipping Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over ฿450. Orders below this threshold will incur a flat shipping fee of ฿50 at checkout.
3. Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Thai public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
- Bangkok & Greater Bangkok: 1-3 business days
- Other provinces: 3-7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods such as Songkran and the New Year holidays.
5. Shipping Carriers We work with third-party logistics providers, including but not limited to Lalamove and other reputable Thai carriers, to deliver your order. The carrier assigned may vary depending on your location and order size.
6. Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. You can use this to monitor your delivery status via the carrier's website or app.
7. Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will make up to 3 attempts before returning the package to us. HoneySpree is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Re-delivery charges may apply.
8. Damaged or Lost Parcels If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at thailand@honeyspree.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
